Combustion Master CS Analyzer

Overview

Combustion master CS Analyzer is used to determine Carbon and Sulfur in inorganic samples like alloys like steel, metals, minerals, ores, soil and other inorganic samples. The sample will be burnt in the induction furnace together with accelerators in pure oxygen. The usual combustion temperature is about 2200 °C. During the combustion the carbon components will be oxidised to CO2 and the sulphur components to SO2. The combustion gas will then be led to the detec- tors, which will determine the CO2 and SO2 concentrations by IR absorption. From the received data of the sample the PC is calculating the concentrations of carbon and Sulphur .Carbon and sulphur in the sample are analysed simultaneously in less analysis time.
